We know how busy life with kids is and how hard it is to find time to shop for children's clothing which is why our new and improved website makes shopping with us easier than ever before! Here are our policies for shopping, all designed to give you the best shopping experience possible!
JK 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
JK quality clothing promises to meet the demands of the most active children. Should any item of clothing not measure up to our high standards, simply return it within 28 days and we will happily provide you with a store credit or exchange the item.
Your Privacy
JK values the strong relationship that we have with our customers, and we respect your privacy as a consumer. We only collect information required to deliver superior service to you. We will never ask you to answer any intrusive personal questions. The information you provide to us is used for billing and delivery purposes and to measure customer interest in our products.
This information is kept private in our secure online system to which only trained and authorised staff have access.
At any time, you can advise us if you no longer wish to receive product information from JK Kids. Customers can advise us by calling our customer service team on 0508 22 55 55 for New Zealand, hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or 1800 155 255, hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3pm AEST for Australia. Returns and Refunds
For return or exchange of an item bought in-store, please return to your nearest JK Kids store within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Goods must be in unused and unwashed condition in original packaging.
When returning an item bought online, please return within 28 days of purchase and use the returns form that we include with your invoice with every parcel.
We will then offer a store credit for the item that is returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.
If your garment is faulty, your rights remain the same under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please return within 60 days of purchase. JK Kids reserves the right to determine the condition of the item before offering a refund or exchange.
To use your store credit online, please phone or email sales@jk.co.nz after you have placed your next order and we will adjust your order accordingly. Unfortunately this has to be done manually by customer services.
Size exchanges can be made to a store where items are available. Please take your proof of purchase with you. We recommend phoning the store to have the item set aside for you. Online returns for refund must be made to JK Online.
We are interested to hear your feedback about our products so please tell us your reason for the return as this information is used to improve our product performance.

Australian returns can take up to two weeks to be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no delivery charge for exchange on items incorrectly dispatched by JK Kids where:
- The product is faulty or does not meet our high quality standards through no fault of the customer
- the product is not the ordered colour or size
If you believe you have been sent incorrect items, please contact our customer service team. Returns/reorders are charged our standard delivery rates.

Stock Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. Occasionally an item you have purchased may no longer be available. We will advise our customers that a size/style combination has 'sold out' and we will not charge your credit card for this. Due to the large number of orders processed, unfortunately, we do not have the flexibility in our warehouse systems to interrupt our order processing to offer alternative or replacement items for the order. JK Kids Online is not able to offer back orders.
Online Delivery
Online orders are usually processed and despatched in a maximum of 4 working days from ordering, usually sooner. Our despatch days are for New Zealand, Mondays and Thursdays and depending on the volume of orders, the cut off is for orders placed before 3pm on Sundays and Wednesdays.
We offer a standard delivery service with track and trace in New Zealand and Australia. Our standard delivery service provides parcel delivery within seven working days from day of despatch, although often it is much sooner than this.
For New Zealand the delivery charge is $5.00, and most orders are received overnight from despatch.
For Australia the delivery charge is $7.50, with all but most rural deliveries, received within 3-4 days of despatch.
All deliveries to New Zealand and Australia require a signature to ensure safe delivery of your parcel. Please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to receive your delivery.
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
JK Kids reserves the right to refuse an order made online at any time.

Gift Cards
JK Gift cards are a great idea for gifts. Gift cards can be used in JK stores. Each gift card is valid for one year from date of purchase. Once expired, they are unable to be used.
