JK quality clothing promises to meet the demands of the most active children. Should any item of clothing not measure up to our high standards, simply return it and we will happily replace the item or refund your purchase price.
Your Privacy
JK values the strong relationship that we have with our customers, and we respect your privacy as a consumer. We only collect information required to deliver superior service to you. We will never ask you to answer any intrusive personal questions. The information you provide to us is used for billing and delivery purposes and to measure customer interest in our products.
This information is kept private in our secure online system to which only trained and authorised staff have access.
At any time, you can advise us if you no longer wish to receive product information from JK. Customer Number
Using your customer number ensures prompt and efficient service. You will find your customer number printed on the back page of your catalogue, alongside your address details.
Returns and Refunds
Please use the Return/Reorder form that we include with every parcel and return within 28 days. Should any replacement item not be available in the size required, please indicate any substitutions that you would like us to make from our range.
You are welcome to make an exchange at any of our JK retail stores. For refunds, please post to the address below.

Back Orders
Some of our clothing lines are extremely popular and despite our best efforts, we sometimes have a shortfall in supply. As soon as we forecast a shortfall, we immediately contact our suppliers to check on further stock availability and where possible place a re-order to cover anticipated demand. At this time, your order is placed on 'back order' awaiting the subsequent delivery. Should the need arise; you may cancel your order at anytime.
You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for backordered items delivered to you at a later date. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they are dispatched, however for security reasons, all cheques will be banked on receipt.
Returned articles are insured by JK against damage or loss.

Sold Out
Unfortunately we must sometimes advise our customers that back orders are not available and that a size/style combination has 'sold out'. If you have paid by cheque, then any payment is returned immediately.
Gift Vouchers
JK Gift Vouchers make the perfect gift for new parents and young children. Simply let us know the name, address and amount required and we will send a JK voucher to you or the recipient. The latest catalogue can also be sent with the voucher.

DELIVERY:
We offer a standard delivery service in New Zealand and Australia and an express delivery service only in New Zealand.
For New Zealand our standard delivery service provides parcel delivery within one to fifteen working days of order payment and the delivery charge is $5.00.
For Australia please allow 15 working days for your order to arrive from date of payment, the delivery charge is $7.50
Our express delivery service in New Zealand provides parcel delivery within two working days of order payment and the delivery charge is $10.00 or $5 for orders over $100.
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.
